The rest of my plays for tonight, before I go to work.
Det/CWS over9 1/2 -115 2 units Toronto -133 1 unit NYY/Tex over 12 1/2 -115 1 unit Why? Det/CWS have lit up the scoreboard, lately. Verlander gave up 15 in last 2 starts, Danks, given up 8 in last 2.Mathematically, this is supposed to be easy money, and maybe the line makers should have put this at a 10 1/2-11. Until Oakland wins, I'm betting 1 unit against them, every game. Shawn Marcum at -133 is good value, too. NYY/Tex over 12 1/2 is a fight at the bat rack. Ponson threw a gem last Friday, but that was probably a fluke, considering what he's done before that. Besides Tommy Hunter makes his second start and its against the friggin Yankees. Rangers might give up 13 runs, by themselves, and I can, even, allow Ponson a shutout. |
