Default Little OUT and Torre IN as Dodgers manager

ESPN news is saying tonight that Grady Little has been fired, and Joe Torre will be hired.

Heard that this morning. Also stated that Torre will be taking Don Mattingly with him. Also speculation that A-Rod might go to the Red Sox. I personally feel the Sox don't need that kind of drama. Yankees are a-changing. Posada, Mariano Rivera, and Pettite are all free agents the report stated so they may be gone also.

I would love it Arod went to the Red Sox. Watch them fall apart.

yes! death to the evil empire. the bad thing is, they could slash their payroll and have a bunch of rookies and/or washed up free agents, and the linesmakers will still have them as heavy favs.

Actually, that is a GOOD thing. Gives a lot of value to the underdogs.

How many world series rings are on his MVP hand??
What's the difference between a team that has A-Rod and a basement dwelling team? Nothing. When it's all said and done, the title of World Series Champion will never be attached to them.

Besides, A-Rod is going to the CUBS to re-unite with Piniella.

He would play shortstop there.

I just don't see the BoSox upsetting their clubhouse chemistry by throwing in the 30 million dollar a year soap opera that is ARod.

Actually I'd love to see what he could do playing at the friendly confines when the wind is blowing out.
