Default End of season predictions

So, the season just about 2/3 over. What are the predictions for the final outcome? I'll give you mine.

AL West
Although I was waiting and waiting for the A's to make a comeback, that hasn't happened. Although Seattle are performing pretty damn good, I can't see past the Angels.

AL Central
I'd like to see Cleveland win the division and, despite it being neck-and-neck, I think the Tigers will inch it.

AL East
Despite the Yankees finding some kind of stride, I can't see past Boston.

AL Wild Card
Seattle are placed second but I just don't see it - either the Yankees or the Indians. Although I'd prefer the Indians, I think the Yankees will come through.

NL West
Despite being a 5-horse race (never discount Lamar's effect) I'll plump for the Dodgers.

NL Central
The Brewers have performed admirably but have also out-performed. The winner will be the Cubs.

NL East
Although nowhere near as dominant as I thought they would be at the start of the season, I'll have to go for the Mets. However, I'd love to see Philadelphia make it.

NL Wild Card
It must surely come from the NL West. And I'll pick the Padres.

Oh yes, and Boston to win the World Series.

I'll stick with my original selections Taco.

The Braves to win the East. The Padres in the West, and the Cardinals in the Central. The wild card will be the Mets.

As far as the West goes. I'll go with the Tribe in the Central, The Halo's in the West, and the Yankees in the East. Boston will be the Wild Card.

If those were your pre-season predictions then you're doing a better job than me, based on 100-ish games.

Red Soxs just picked up Gagne..

What a fuking 8th and 9th inning combination thats going to be.

I don't think anyone wants to play the Padres in a 5 game series.

Peavy-Young-Maddux-Peavy-Young

Awfully tough..

They were indeed Taco. However, August 1st is when most teams turn it on which could make or break those selections.
