Wang has been putrid this season. Until he shows a hint of what made him good in the past, fade him. Add the fact that Lannan is quite good and a ground ball pitcher, and this game should be at -110/-110, not -210/+170 or so.

A worst case scenario for the yanks would be that wang struggles in the first inning, in which case they have aceves and hughes to pitch the remainder of the game. I like the first 5 innings for the Nationals. Lannan is my favorite pitcher, but unless he can play the whole game Nationals cant win, in my opinion.

Lannan should be pumped and ready for the game, mainly because the Yanks are starting Wang(0-4)

haha, the reason he's -210 is because the public loves to bet the yanks @ home vs. one of the crappiest NL teams. Give me ANY team vs. ANY other team at +190 odds and I like the value. this is baseball and anything can happen on any given day. I mean the Nats had the lead yesterday for a bit there against one of the yankee's BEST pitchers. I'll take the same odds on the Nats with the CRAPPIEST PITCHER IN THE MLB starting for the yanks.

Just saw your mlb thread. When Dbldown said DJ suggested take the nats first five who did you think he was talking about. ME! I didn't think they would take the yanks for the game but I could be wrong. The nats have 11 games less in the win column then the 2nd worst team in baseball. The nats love to blow leads. I still think the yanks have a chance. But if the nats win my hats off to the people that bet them. I will just fade them tomorrow and get my money back.
