they might actually be right on this one since we got peavy on the other side and you know all eyes on him right now.

I like the under in the ARZ/LAD game. I'm actually leaning over in the NYM/PIT to be honest. That one is mostly just "gut". I also think the line on BAL/SEA is crazy and would hit the over there too if I played overs. I capped the whole day today on totals to post in that contest thread above for shits and giggles. When Willie posts the lines we are going off of, I'll post my leans on every game today.

What do you think about the under I posted? Like ? Dislike? Indifferent?

i cant really see the advantage in it imo.
I liked the others you posted alot better especially last night call.

Anybody feeling Padilla and TEX over the Yanks?

Padilla is a road warrior:

2.08 ERA, 0.88 WHIP, .129 BAA on the road is unreal.

He is lights out against righties with .195 BAA (A-Rod, Jeter) but not so much against lefties .342 BAA and much of Yanks offense are lefties

For some reason he is brutal in night games though 8.04 ERA, 1.85 WHIP

Other highlights:
Rangers are 4-0 in Padillas last 4 starts as a road underdog of +151 to +200.
Rangers are 4-0 in their last 4 road games with the total set at 9.0-10.5.

Burnett's numbers aren't so flashy, particularly at home. Huge value with the Rangers at +185. Any thoughts?

The RL is looking solid.
this guy Bastardo is sporting a 3-2 with a 1.89 ERA in 11 games (seven starts) with Lehigh Valley and Double-A Reading. He has a 51:10 K:BB ratio over 47.2 which is worth a shot.
the pads are gonna do everything they can to make peavy look good for trade talks but subconciously peavy may not want to pitch like the ace he is for staying purposes.
the probabilities for philly hitting is hight considering the fact they got a freshie on the mound.
take the value small and go big on the RL

I was originally playing the under 9 on Braves/ Cubs, but no longer like it. Bullpens are shady on both sides, and 9's a fishy number, esp considering Wells is pitching and neither pitcher has faced the other team. Then again, I'm due for a losing day. GL All.

this is where we disagree.
I feel that with the shady bullpens the line is where it needs to be.
it is a fair line and to feel that the under will hit is to think that the starters will go deep in the game which is my basis.
good luck to you. and too be honest I dont like the game as much as before either with the public about 60% on the under as well.
