I decided to start a baseball thread for my record keeping. I have had a great year in the nba and the nfl... Hockey and ncaa another story... But I am up nicely so here goes.................................... .

Baseball is the sport that wiped me out years ago... So the bets will be based on win loss record and the bets will all be small...

With the goal of staying in the 50-60% area and placing larger bets when I feel strongly on the picks. I am not going to do record keeping on site on dollar amounts but will mention when my bets are larger than normal...

My win/loss record will be posted...

Guys thanks for your opinions. If I had half as much confidence in these plays as I did in basketball they would be unit size plays. They are small plays. I would have answered you earlier but not home. Tonight I placed a very small bet on

White Sox ML -156 (5 innings) loss (pks 2-2)

Dickey pitching for Minnesota had an era over 5 last year and Contreas has been on and off for the Sox... Again this is just an experimental thread for me, if I fall 10 below .500 I might just end thread.... At this time the small bets will not be enough to hurt my positive bankroll from nba and nfl...but thanks for the opinions...

Think I am better off running as an experiment now... As I said these bets are small... If I can not stay in .500 area.. I am not going to waste space with a thread... Let me see where I am after 20 games...

Thanks Z... but as hard as it is going to be... I want to try to be as disciplined with baseball as I was in winning on nba... Problem is with baseball games day and night! Basketball usually all at once...

I made a small play on this earlier. Wanted to make a big play on this but the White Sox bats are hot right now and their bats scare me. If Detroit was to win a game in this series, this would have to be the game.. Galagarra is their ace but he has never faced the White Sox as a starter so I don't know what he's got.. Detroit is also not a heavy hitting team in my opinion and once Galagarra leaves I will be biting my nails.. Detroit on the moneyline and -1.5 runline small for me..

just for my record keeping...will not count in my mlb picks...ran my win streak to 6, as posted in nhl forum...had flames over hawks won 4-2... My longest win streak this year is 7...hopefully I can tie it tomorrow.... Discussed the bloated Marlins in another post today and how they were overdue to lose and great fade material today...and they did lose...thats ok my one pk won..hope everyone had a great Monday...
