I would not go against Lester on 5 days of rest. The rays were 0-3 against Lester at Fenway in 2008. In 21 innings, LEster allowed 2 runs to the rays in these 3 starts. Its tough to go against Lester. Red sox have won LEster's last 3 starts. This is not the best game to bet on anyways.
