Looking at the pitchers, bullpens and recent run production, I have Texas winning 5-4, total on 9. The starters represent only 2/3 of the game. The wind is blowing 13 mph. In wind of 10-20 mph the over is 13-8 in Arlington. I don't know who the ump is, so no help there. If I HAD to bet a total, which I don't do anymore, I would take the under 11.
