Default Yanks -125 vs Oak's Cahill...

Yanks taking 2 outta 3 in Chicago. Now back in NY against Oak who took 2 outta 3 in TX. Oak's Ace is on the mound vs Yankees Moseley.

    Bottom line: Yanks are -125...

    Agreed.

But Oak can put up some runs on the road.

I'm not too familiar with Cahill, I know this much if he has a good change-up the Yanks will def struggle. Thats been their achillies all year! That's my team and its a no-bet if the pitcher is a no-name or has a good change-up. GL

Cahill is far from unknown, this kid can pitch, 14-5 2.43 era 1.00 WHIP, opponents batting .201 against him (I believe this is #1 in the AL) this kid is a sleeper for the Cy Young.

Yea Cahill is a known pitcher. He is good and the yanks are minus Arod and Tex has a thumb injury, not sure if he's playing. But still the A's offensive is medicore at best... Confusedddd

most confusing to is the total at 9.5 in some places, makes no sense here at all. went from 8.5 to 9.5.

About 80% of the time that two righties have pitched in Yankee stadium this year it has gone over the total.

A's are the play here. The starter for the yanks gave up 16 runs in 24 inning against the A's i believe. Cahill has had 7 good starts allowing only 6 runs. Just my .02 but i havnt had a winning last week, its been crazy

I hear ya Jayson, I cant believe Oak beat TX 2 out of 3 in TX... I was on Tx the 2 games they lost. I hate the A's and the Yanks are my team... Cahill is a good pitcher for sure, but I hope he loses, I still haven't made my mind up if Im playing this game, if I do its the yanks

I rarely play parlays or teasers, but I might be tempted to try Oakland and the under in this one.

The line feels like a trap. Public will unload on yanks is my guess

Trap maybe... but its hard to pass up the yankees -125

The Athletics are the play here. Look at the line on the RL +1 1/2 and you'll see why.

I have found a correlation of the delta between the line and RL for dogs and probability of winning SU. The more extreme the RL line is compared to the ML, the higher the probability that the dog will win.

Oakland is +115 yet the RL is -185. All the other teams that are +115 (or close to it) have RL of -140, -145, -150.

Yea but who do the A's have lol Yanks still have Cano, Jorge, Thames (who is hitting the cover off the ball), That 3rd baseman rookie who went 4 for 4...

  33. #33

Yankees lineup is just brutal. Nunes and Thames are crushing the ball lately. Guys are hitting like .500 the last few games.

I was lucky enough to get the Over at 8.5 (-120). Side is tough here though, Moseley is mediocre at best and Cahill may be the best pitcher in baseball nobody knows about. BUT, the Yankees reached him for six runs the only time he faced them and that was in pitcher's park in Oakland. Balls fly out of new Yankee Stadium when whether is warm.

I'd pass the game total at 9.5, but if you can find a 9, just play the Over and forget about any side.
