i thought this one was a "gimmee" once you pointed it out(despite the fact its listed right there with the rl, ml and o/u-sometimes i cant see the forest through the trees) of course i played it(along with the rl -1.5 and alt rl -2.5) and by the 4th i thought we was good (kinda like having 10 min left in the 2nd period and you bet the over 5.5 and its 4-1) didnt pay too much attention to the score so much as the nh'er. by the seventh it dawned on me that "we" needed some runs!-ends up pushing. my pod looked so good with the nh going too

now i just need these giants to clear pitt by 2 and im cashing 5 and 10 to 1 parlays....

LOL yeah I really thought they tack on a solo HR later on but the focus was clearly on Romero and his near no-no. Seemed like the Jays were trying to get their bats over with asap and get him back out there so he didn't have to sit too long. Ah well a push is still definitely better than a loss but yeah it is like a 3-2 game through 2 needed one in the 3rd for the over and then the scoreless 3rd results in the sick beat

After last night's demoralizing loss to the Tigers I believe the Royals will be pretty shaky mentally today. The Royals bullpen has not been good as they are 5th worst in the league at this point. Porcello had a great spring and started off the season well in his first start. Davies has been hot and cold over his career. The Tigers really have the edge in every category of this one so I will take the value on the RL over the heavy juice on the ML.

Two teams headed into opposite directions right now and I look for the trends to continue this afternoon. Price has great stuff and will one day be the ace of the Rays, and he holds a career 2-0 mark vs the O's in his short career. Bergesen has an 0-1 career mark vs the Rays. The Orioles are finding ways to lose and the Rays bats are hot.

Hmm tough to say in both of those. I'm a little confused that 54% of the public are on the Nat's ML, and Kendrick really can't be trusted in my opinion. With that being said the Phillies bats have been on fire so they could easily still pull it off. The Jays are hot as well and although Danks is a good pitcher, historically the Jays have hit him fairly well. Morrow is a big time wildcard, when he's on he's a top pitcher but when he struggles with his control he's a nightmare. GL on your parlays if you play them

The Phillies have been tearing the cover off of the ball so far this season averaging over 7 runs a game. In their 4 meetings vs the Nat's this season Philly is averaging over 8 runs a game and they have faced Stammen once this year already and were successful. The Nationals are ranked 29th in team ERA so expect a lot of opportunities for the potent PHI lineup again tonight.

I like Florida to rebound tonight after dropping the opening two games of this series. Volstad has been a steady pitcher for the Marlins and he started the year off well with an impressive opening start. Homer Bailey is still very raw and gives up a lot of hits and walks and I think the Marlins finally put it all together for a solid W tonight.

The Cards are hitting great to open the season and face the winless Astros. 6 of 7 of the Cards games they have scored 5+ runs and Brett Myers has a career 7.33 ERA vs STL. I like the hot Cards bats to continue again tonight.

The White Sox are starting to play better ball splitting a 4 game set with the Jays. Mark Buehrle takes the mound and he had success against the Indians in an earlier meeting this year and hasn't allowed a run to them in his last 13 innings pitched. Talbot takes the mound for the Indians and he has struggled with control in his brief MLB career and Cleveland is also 3-8 in their last 11 games following a win.

Two solid lefties will be on the mound tonight. CC needs no introduction as he can be downright filthy when he's on his game. CJ Wilson is a talented pitcher as well. He was dominant in his only start this season punching out 9 Jays in 7 innings of work. He looked great in spring training and appears to have transitioned well from relief to starting pitching. The Rangers have the best team ERA to this point of the early year. Both starters should go deep tonight and keep this one low scoring.

I like the value on the Giants tonight as they have been the better team so far this season and I think Wellemeyer is a better pitcher than Padilla.
