gents, i'm officially done with my first year of mlb. i hate to go out on a negative day but, i'm happy where i ended up. of course i made alot of mistakes this year, but i documented them well and hope to come back stronger next year. i just want to thank DG for having me here this year and to all others for the good posts including G3,lolguy, and steelcity. it's time to get ready for my first year of nfl. i don't want to disgrace our thread DG. also i'll be getting ready for nhl. hope you guys stop by our nfl thread.

I doubt I'll make so much profit some day, only in my dreams You can be proud of your MLB plays for the season. Apart for the 1st half wagers where you failed (and where I think you shouldn't rely on, too much imponderables IMO), you kicked the books really bad

I'm currently looking at the NHL futures to see if something is interesting. St Louis Over 38.5 Wins seems interesting. What d'ya think ?
I like Canucks Over 46.5 also. You had good points last year DG in the fact that this team as depth which might finally pay this year.
Toronto Under 33.5 .. Guess they'll be as good as last year...
Can't have an objective opinion for the Habs Over 41.5 seems quite reachable but with Price ... hmmmmmmm.

7 straight losses for the Rockies Those mother fvckas couldn't even get up and score 1 run for Ubaldo on his quest for 20 wins against one of the biggest soupcans Suppan. A push at best now with 1 game left, this is gonna be a bad way to end the MLB year.

Yup, that's sorry... I'm amazed to see such losing streaks in MLB..... I mean, yes, I understand you can get busted for 6, 8 or 10 games when you play against all the best teams in a row but not by being swept by weaker teams. Money arrangements doesn't seem too far.

Unreal scumbag Rockies lose 8 straight and I lose the future by one win Ah well, a fitting end to the way the MLB season went I guess. Still pretty happy with my overall profit as MLB was a good, profitable time killer as I waited for hockey.
