Cards have a knack for turning starting pitchers around. Penny has the talent. Wouldn't surprise me if he turns into a pretty good pitcher next season.

Penny was a big strog pitcher, he has a great breaking ball hell do a good job for them Davey Lopes ,the first base coach is a class act.
