    I Don't Feel So Good About My Togers RL Bet Tonight

    I gazed through the MLB card today and and realized that with Verlander pitching and the Tigers only 1 GB of the division and after getting swept yesterday that this would be the play.
    But with two home favorites in Baltimore and Washington already covering their RL so easily today I am nervous now. I am beginning to think this is the live dog of the day that hits.....I put $ 420 on Tigers RL though.

    Looking to hedge by taking Pirates and Cardinals large tonight as well.

    that is the worst strategy ever

    those 3 games have no relation to each other so it is not a hedge

    if you really feel bad about the bet call the book up and ask them to cancel the wager. i doubt they do it tho

    He's not getting out of that bet. Can't hedge out of a RL bet without taking a huge hit. If he calls right now he could have it cancelled, maybe.

    I can't believe I'm saying that because they fukker me good yesterday. Huge parlay and I just needed the -225 to cover. I hit +130, -120, -190, -160, and that's the one that blows it. I'm still mad. I think Hocheaver throws BP today and Verlander gives up 1 or 2.

    This makes me feel better. And I agree with your reasoning as to why they should win today too. Verlander dominant against the Royals and Hochevar is mediocre at best against the Tigers.

    This is not true in baseball as so much in other sports on a daily basis. It works more often that not for me when on the fence between bets on a daily basis in MLB.

    Just ride it out. I'm on it, too. I have -2.5 small as well. Seasons on the line for Detroit. They CAN'T afford to lose this game. I think were taking the square play down. I love square plays. Haha

    Me too....I am 9-2 on square favorite RL plays in baseball since this past Thursday.

    It has been very profitable for me in MLB if I be selective and wait for the right situational opportunities in MLB this year.
