The one thing that the Orioles can do is hit. Not good. The public has chimed in on this one and I have found that although this play is popular, the line has shifted to match that reaction. It started out at Nats-123, and is down to as low as -111 at some books. Maybe the losing for the Orioles is finally over. It seems like forever since they last won a game.
    thank you mr heavy

Kawakami. Who knew? Certainly not me. I've watched every start of his this year and he hasn't given any indication that he had this in him.

Just more evidence that I should quit betting on baseball. Does anybody actually win at this?

It's not necessarily so much what Kawakami did, it's actually Halladay and the type of run support he gets when he's on the road and favored by -150 or so...It's not pretty

Yessir! It's funny CK... I was just telling LemonDrop that this is the 5th straight day that I have played St. Louis! LOL! You know how I play CK... I have a few systems that I have come up with and St. Louis has just happened to fall into one system or another each day... But the point is I lost the first game and have been riding along now on their little winning streak...LOL!

i here that....but whats up with him constantly, constantly passing the ball with less then 3 minutes to go? he needs to attack the double/triple teams in the clutch situations, and be responsible for the big shots.

    Game 3: Magic

homie i love the baltimore play.. Detwiler is a nobody and has a lot to prove.. on the other hand Uehara's record doesn't reflect his performance.. he has pitched some amazing games so far this year with little to no support (held yankees to a run , tampa to 3 runs, Angels to 3 runs, texas 2 runs, Boston 2 runs)..I think he has like 6 losses in a row.. I think tomorrow Baltimore wants nothing more then a win for this kid who has been pitching his ass off.. Baltimore again HEAVEY!!

CK what is up with the KC pick.. what am i missing homie..

By the way the email about atlanta +1.5 -115 ... looking good now homie!!!

There must be something going on with the Nuggets/Lakers line for tomorrow's game. My book just removed it from the board completely...any ideas? Possibly some injury news just coming out? Does anybody know?

KC got shut out tonight. Teams usually perform well after being shutout (unless it's the Giants, lol) That's#1. Hochevar's numbers are skewed a bit. he has good stuff and wasn't really expected to do as well as he did after coming back up from the farm. He got lit up against the A's in hi first start back from the farm, but in his second start he gave up 3 over 3 innings. His stuff was alright for a guy woking his way through rehabilitating his arm. KC will have the bullpen on standby, I'm sure. Going back to last season he had 7 straight losses before his no-decision in his last game, which KC ended up eventually getting. Being that he is an American League pitcher, the hitters know his stuff. He had 22 starts last year in the American League.

However, the Cardinals haven't seen his stuff. And although Lohse has faced KC it hasn't been in three years, it's not exactly like he has been lightin it up this year. With a 4.66 era this game has slugfest written all over it. I think that KC will perform well with the motivation of being shutout yesterday. All the money will be riding on the Cardinals for chicken dinner. The carpet gets pulled out from underneath their feet. Watch out for Jose Guillen!
