Garcia actually ranks #45 / 164 over the last 30 days. He has a very strong xFIP and SIERA meaning he's inducing weak contact but getting burnt with too many home runs. His walk rate is also tremendous. He has solid road numbers, he chews up innings without letting the game get away, and he's very efficient against righties. The White Sox have a very right-handed heavy line-up so I expect Garcia to hold them to 3 or fewer runs. The Yankee bullpen is elite and shouldn't give up more than 1 if anything. I would be very surprised to see the White Sox manage more than 4 runs today. By the way, since moving to the Yankees from the White Sox to start the 11' season, Garcia has yet to throw against his old team as a starter or in relief.
As for the Yankees, they have the #1 offense in the league against righties. Gavin Floyd has very high advanced metrics in recent play and ranks in the bottom 20 pitchers over the last 30 days. He's strictly fade material in current form. Particularly he's struggled with a high walk rate and the Yankees are the most patient line-up in the league. White Sox bullpen is below average as well. I expect the Yankees to get 5 or more today. Predicted score:
