For today's action I like the following games. I am piling a lot more money onto these games than I usually do because I finally found three games that I liked so much that I couldn't rate one over the other:


Twinkies-110 HEAVY (False favorite in this game)
Arizona-120 HEAVY (Scherzer gets rewarded with run production. Miller sucks)
Arizona-1.5 +140 Crumbs Play-O-The-Day
Angels-105 HEAVY(Bedard's first game back from injury, Angels shutout last night)


And don't panic JM players, I am now joining in on the "C" today, also HEAVY

Wattup CK just droppin in on the baseball thread to say wattup! Man we got burned on the "A" and "B" plays. I sure hope the "C" hits! For those of you who are asking about the "letter" plays, its something thats really not supposed to be discussed into detail in this forum. So if you have questions about it you can PM CK or me Ill be happy to explain it to you. I got that outta the way for you CK, I know youver probably been asked that question 1,000,000,000,000,000 times!!!

Baltimore Orioles +260

I know Eaton is a gascan but you'd be crazy to lay -300 on a 5 inning pitcher in Joba Chamberlain. If Baltimore can make Joba work early and get to the Yankees pen, I like my chances. I think Baltimore's offense can definitely keep them in this game. The Yankees are probably the hottest team in baseball but no one deserves a line like this. More crumbs on top of those HEAVY plays. CK, the JM heavy bet, wouldn't cancel the other one from you? i say, in order to save money.. unless you get positive line in one of both sides, both bets together would be giving money to books (playing - lines). Thats unless the heavys sizes on each one wont be for the same amount, in that case you would play just the difference. I mean all this from a logical and mathemathical point of view.

As with his daily NBA forum, CK always looked for other people's opinions! How many times did he say "A your right, good angle", "B, didn't see that, going your way now etc. etc. etc." The only way this works is with give and take! What other way could a large group of people communicate this easily on SBR, for free to boot!

As long as CK's wallet has more in it at the end of the day when he goes to bed than when he put it in his pocket to start the day, it's doesn't matter how it got there! He doesn't have mommy or daddy to reload it!

You don't see CK pasting a copy of his NBA challenge record everywhere he goes! Hopefully he won't leave SBR anytime soon!

I never play any line of -135 or more. If the +1.5 line is more than -135, then I play the moneyline only. I don't like to pay -170 juice unless I am getting points in basketball or football.

And yes, tennispro is great for the morale!

I've gone for -

LA Angels and Arizona

Both have good line movement, good odds and stats and trends on their side.

Angels are 6-0 in their last 6 road games vs. a team with a losing record.
Angels are 4-0 in their last 4 after allowing 2 runs or less in their previous game.
Angels are 4-0 in their last 4 games vs. a left-handed starter

Mariners are 1-4 in Bedards last 5 home starts
Mariners are 3-12 in their last 15 overall.

Plus, Joe Saunders is 5-0 in his last 5 against Seattle.
Bedard is 2-3 and that includes starts for Baltimore

Scherzer is going to make back some of that lost money that D'Back backers have lost this season. One win will be followed by two and promising line movement has helped.
However, this is a harder pick because Florida have a 17-8 record at home to Ari.
This play is more off the momentum that Scherzer will create.

Marlins are 2-6 in Millers last 8 starts

well I think the A's might have a chance...but I think TB will win this one here today...can they loose 3 at home against them ?...I say no...I am not taking the ML but I would play the TB RL if I had to...and as it is a rematch I think Garza will make the proper adjustments and win this one today at home...or at least give the Rays 7 solid Innings...
