I'm also on SEA today mostly because Hammel's numbers at home are terrible and COL is going to lose sometime.

    SEA
ATL Lowe against BAL worst pitcher
BOS Beckett at 1.82? I'll take it
    METS Over 4

Good luck TA. Thanks for being generous with your thread.

SEA pulled the wool over the eyes today. You're welcome - it was an e-mail issue, made some adjustments and that problem is solved. Thanks for adding to the thread.

On the bright side, the stars aligned and COL/SEA cashed. Lets see if it will happen again. Remember: high slug pct., high ERA/WHIP, and favorable weather (wind pointed out or at least not opposing).

Good Evening Gentlemen.........New Week, New Games, Let's win some MONEY

    Detroit @ St. Louis:

    Detroit:
Verlander is pitching tonight, and he has been pitching the best ball of his career. He is 7-0 in his last nine, with an ERA of 1.10, and in 7 of those he has given up 1 run or less. In his last 3, he has an ERA of 1.57 and a WHIP of 1.09.

    St. Louis:
Wainwright is on the mound for the Cardinals, and has given up 10 earned runs in his last 20 innings. In his last 3 outings, his ERA is 4.50 and a WHIP of 1.60.

Neither team is very impressive with their offense. Each team has scored a total of 12 runs in their last 4 games, and for St. Louis, 1/2 of those came in one game.

I am going with Verlander, until teams can demonstrate they can score on him. Plus, -115 is good value for the way he is pitching.

    PICK: Detroit (ML) 1 unit
    Record: 18-10-1 (+11.0 units)

Good Luck tonight on all your decisions, choose wisely my friends..........

I was going to put big (POM) on St luoise to win, but since you going opposite.. i will reduce St luoise down to 5 units.

    Pick: St luoise = $500

at least now one of us will win

Plus, there is RLM for detroit. 80% on them and the line went from -125 to -115.

Hey t4_ever: Good Luck tonight on whatever happens. I only put one unit on it because Detroit isn't hitting so well, but then again, neither is St. Louis.

I think that RLM is a very important factor before making the play, so if my pick was detroit, i'd cancel it and if it was STL RLM would make it a stronger bet

Hey TA............I thought about the first half, but the Tiger's seem to be slow with scoring the runs, and I'm hoping Verlander goes deeper into the game. St. Louis BP is 7+ the last 10, and I might need them to help me score some runs.

Good Luck tonight, let's get us some of that BLING

Yes, not sure if we can count that as a victory: St. Louis won, still trying to find out how St. Louise did (is that a nursing school)?
