    I wold agree...Francis is a joke...and on the road is isnt even that...

    But that damn Rays teams simply can not hit at home....

    TB is inconsistent at home, got them on the under. Shields will probably have a strong game, just need to consider Francis. The splits are in favour of Francis, he pitches better against lefties and worse against righties, while Tampa hits more (but better) on the left while hitting third worst in the league on the right side.
