This is all sounding so familiar to the thread we had for the minnesota game. Same points on both sides. I hope the results are the same..........Well not really I need it to go over 8.5 tonight and the sox to win RL, but I hope the outcome is the same with a sox W

Not impressed? You were saying that day how horrible the sox were and how horrible danks was and how the twins were the play. All I'm saying is that today you are saything the exact same things, and the situation is very similar, which gives me confidence that the sox take it!

    didnt say danks was horrible
    sox are bad, danks isnt
konoerkoeand thome and uribe and girffey are bad, so is cabrera

but didnt say danks was bad

I think ur on crack sometimes you never factor in just how good the sox play at home, and just how important home field advantage is. But we will wait and see.

The biggest thing I have going against me is that I think it's pretty unlikely that I'll make three cashes in one game like I did in that Pitt game last night....If I do though it'll be freakin awesome

has griffey done anything? has thome? has konerko? has dye? has uribe? i mean, they barely won 1 game, so far.
im just waiting to see anybody on that team aside from wise, hit

im not on crack. i dont htink the whitesox are good. we will find out today. you also said they would beat tampa in that series correct?

No I said I wouldnt lay -180 odds or whatever that they Rays would win the series. I said that was too much to risk with a playoff inexperienced young team like Tampa. I did say the Sox had a chance to win the series. And they still do. After they win tonight it's down to a 1 game playoff with Buerhle on the mound. Then we will see how the Baby Rays handle elimination pressure for the first time.

we saw them rock buerhle last week
they had zero trouble with him
ill take shields at home over buerhle anyday of the week

    chisox are done
if im wrong, i will admit it
so far i am 3 for 3 on that series

ROCK BUERHLE?!?!?! haha well now I know for sure you smoke crack. There is no chance in hell, anyone who is not classified as a crack head would call buerhle's outing last week a "rocking". You're nuts.

And yes you are 3-3 on the series why? Because you have used your head and bet the home team every game so far. Now for some reason you are straying from that and will regret it because you will be 3-4 after tonight

  10. #45

    no, i am 3 for 3, not 3 wins and 3 losses

    i am 3-0 i should have said

    we will see soon
    chisox arent good
    you are a homer
they have 5 zeroes in the lineup
    5 guys with no value

where are all the gavin floyd backers and sonnanstine rippers

for the last time, starting pitchers, unless they are top tier, are overvalued

bet on teams, not on pitchers

    chisox are not good

    i dont get it
where is everyone who said rays suck on the road, that floyd is good, that i am blind to how great the chisox are

where is the great kingctb and jonny and all the others who look at home away splits rather than the teams themselves and the value they posess

    Take the Sox.
    another brilliant call
where does sbr get these people who bet solely on starters

He's at home now so he should be more calm and relaxed... I might play the rays at moneyline but the rays are like night and day when they're on the road...
    more jibberjabber
they are fine, they are about a 500 road team

    thats not garbage

good call Ryan.....looks like you were right on with this one....No need to start getting rutheless though....

This isnt making a big difference in this game but this ****ing ump is squeezing the sox and it's pretty annoying

that pitch was no where near as close as the one Thornton threw!!!!!!

i apologize for being ruthless. im just sick of people lookin just at pitchers, as if floyd has proven something somehow.
i was not talking shit to you, i didnt quote you. but people have ripped the rays all year and this team is legit. they can score a ton of ways.

i am 4-0 in this series if it holds

yes i lost the twins vs chisox, but 4-0 makes up for losing one dog

yeah i saw that you hadnt quoted me......I'm just hoping I can hit the over 8.5 at this point....otherwise it's 0-3 which will hurt....

well at least they made the loffs im not sure the twins would have done much better. its hard to watch orlando cabrera, griffey and uribe play
    they are so bad

Yeh Im on board with you I took Rays and Angels tonight. I think Lackey pitches a real real big game, and Angel bats come thru with at least 5 runs. Gl hopefully we can cash again.

as long as you do both for same amount, you are already up for sure

yes good call. I wanted to pull the trigger on the rays but just couldn't because I hate playing the Rays on the road. They have bit me hard during the season when I played them on the road... I have the Angels 1st 5 innings though for that game. Just hope that the Angels can get a run and stop getting on base every inning and getting nothing out of it..
