"The UEFA Champions League final takes place at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow on Wednesday 21 May at 20.45CET (22.45 local time), with the UEFA Champions League final capacity set at 69,500. Three-quarters of the tickets are reserved for the general public and supporters of the two finalists. Each finalist is able to take up to 21,000 tickets and distribute these directly to its supporters, while 10,500 tickets were made available for sale to fans worldwide via uefa.com."
Those 10,500 tickets were sold via lottery. The rest of the tickets did not go on sale and were distributed among UEFA officials and sponsors.
