I live in Thailand and cover boxing in Asia for most of the major mags. I know the Thai quite well and have been to his gym many times. I also know Arce, and know that the Thai, while he looks good, has absolutely no chin and isn't anywhere near as skilled as Arce.
Also - whenever a Thai fights abroad, his chances of winning drop to around 1% - seriously. Lookmahanak has been fed a stream of bums and has been handed this title shot for no good reason. He's not going to last more than 6 rounds, at most. Like I said, this is as much a lock as you'll ever get.
