Suppan can throw some effective outings time to time, but overall his stuff is very mediocre. Seems like he is going through a tougher stretch right now. Milwaukee is still having bullpen problems and I like the Cards here. St. Louis has better bullpen and quite balanced lineup. Looper isn't anything special, but I like his chances of at least matching the outing of Suppan.
