Retirements nothing to do with Mafia, don't you read any tennis news????

This year these european clays tournaments were scheduled one after another, with no week of rest. They start on an Monday and go on until Sunday, next Monday already a new tournament rolling. All because the great heads in the ATP office thought it was a smat move because of Summer olympics and because they didn't wanted that US masters series events collide with those basketball tv games on March.

So, ATP heads only think about the US interests........

As if all us europeans are interested in those US basket games.......

Of course europeans players and south americans are the ones most annoyed since most of them are clay specialists. Nadal has already made some strong statements about this calendar, and told ATP to not blame players if they retire because the calendar is too thigh. He made these observations on the 1th May, so they words are very right as we saw this week.

And as far as i remember, europeans follow a lot tennis and soccer, those are mine favourite sports and i believe the same of many europeans, and last year the Soccer World Cup collided with Wimbledon tournament.

The ATP didn't rescheduled the calendar to not collide those tournaments, why they've done it this time?

Every sport should have its own interest and base of fans, doing what ATP have done they are saying that tennis can't survive without sports fans from others sports.

And for last, USA is being awful these days in tennis, take Roddick and Blake out and what player left to battle against europeans?

They won the Davis Cup, but nowadays that is just a minor tournament in tennis, big players tend to skip Davis Cup in order to concentrate in their individuals goals.
