Hi,
I play in unibet more 1 years and I have only one account in unibet, and I always made deposit (credit card, moneybookers, webmoney) and made withdrawal (moneybookers, webmoney) normally.
But since 07/04/2008 I also can not make withdrawal.
07/04/2008 -They cancelled my withdrawal by moneybookers.
After I send them e-mail, and they ask me to send them documents.
09/04/2008 - I called by phone in Unibet.
And unibet phone support say to me that documents check one or two days.
11/04/2008 - I called again by phone in Unibet. And unibet phone support say to me that documents check 3-5 working days, but some times it is take more that 5 days.
May be it need to write in IBAS? I do not understand why it is so long they check documents.
Unibet not say how many time they checking documents. May be it will be 1, 2 or 3 months? It is not normal!
Anybody SBR helped?

P.S. I will fill out a complaint form in next tuesday (1 week as unibet check my documents).
