I think Pinnacle does it just right. If you want us to help you level your accounts we can do that for you, but in return we're not going to pick up your deposit fees because you're not going to give us a chance to grind you down.
In the poker world Absolute Poker and Ultimate bet just struck a deal so that they player can transfer back and forth between those sites. I see similarly consortiums emerging in the offshore sportbook world. Now we only have families of books connected (WSEX-MB, Greek-BetJam), but if UIGEA stands then in the future I would guess we'll see two or three or four sportsbook alliances.
