2. 20 minutes left of the match, bets not canceled contrary to their response saying they canceled before ending.
results are updated instantly and matches are removed from the live-betting list after game finish
3. after all matches finish, bets are still pending with the result updated
4. next day this is how the bets looks like
5. this is how their mails notification looks like. at 5:00 GMT+2 they sent notifications that they canceled my bets.
