It is somewhat common knowledge that the BOS's database of player accounts, password and balances is on the black market. When CHRIS bailed out the non-US BOS players, they kept the same account numbers and passwords. Anyone who failed to change thier password became an easy target.
You should contact Mickey. He is aware of the problem.
