I agree with everything you are saying. But I think the way sportsbook.com is handling the situation is creating a lot of ill will. And you have to understand also, that because sportsbook.com and family are abel to take credit cards. Many of us, deposit far more then we could afford. But we do so, becuase we've always been able to withdraw our money in time to pay our bills. And now our bills are due, we haven't been able to get our money for 3 weeks, and there is no timefram now as to when payouts will be processed. It's getting kind of scary.

What is crazy, is that Jazette management isn't taking the CS aspect of this seriously. How many people have to do a chargeback before Jazette loses thier credit card porcessors. You would think, that management would be sendindg out letters of apology, trying to explain the situation. Instead they don't seems to give a damn. It doens't make a differecne whether you are owed $50 or $50,000, no one is going to try to help you. No one is going to make any promises to you, or even speak t you.

So i this mess spirals out of control, and sportsbook.com goes out of business as a result, Jazette would have only themselves to blame.
