The first leg will take place in Buckinghamshire on either January 9 or 10, with the return at Stamford Bridge two weeks later.
The winners of the January 9 quarter-final between Liverpool and Arsenal will face a two-legged match with Tottenham - the first match of which is likely to take place at White Hart Lane on January 17.
