Jeromy Burnitz to the Yankees ?
The New York Post is reporting Pirates have been shopping outfielder Jeromy Burnitz to the Yankees. Please, please, please Brian Cashman, be stupid enough to take him off the Pirates.
The guy has been a total bust in Pittsburgh, and earlier this week did little to endear himself to the local fans by saying telling the Post Gazette that he wanted to be dealt to a team that had "an obviously better opportunity to win".
