Hi all,

I'm a newbie here and I write in this forum for a bad situation. Sbobet is a bookmaker where you can place very high stakes without any problem and where you have live betting for every kind of soccer league.

But that is not enough to say this is a great bookmaker as most of people says. A great bookmaker pays attention also to those little things that are very useful for a punter. I mean, they don't have any live chat and their customer care usually answer you with kind of broadcast answers. Then we want to talk about their live "danger balls"? I've seen bets still pending when there was a throw-in in the half of pitch of the team that was attacking. You will tell me that's because they need to cover their live-bets before they accept the one of the punters. But does it look like a professional way of being bookmaker? And i didn't say that when a live-bet is accepted usually the odd they're offering is gone up of some points, and they use to accept just the "old" odd. This means huge lost of profit for a punter.

Now I'm gonna show you some situations that will give you the example of those little things that Sbobet uses to threat like a E ranked bookmaker.

I had a bet last night on Bayern Munich-Germany. As you know, the match was suspended for more than 10 minutes at 75th minute to let Oliver Kahn say goodbye to their fans and to football. When it started again Sbobet had 32' 2hf as timing. But referee after 3 minutes said it was enough, and it was FT. Me, thinking there was an ordinary football match of 90 minutes (half time whistle was at 45th minute without any injury time added) i placed two bets of €300,00 on Over2.5 at 2.14 after the game started again. And when the match was over their odds for Under/Over market were 2.35 for Over2.5 and 1.60 for Under2.5. So they didn't expect that early finish too.

To me, a bet on a football match is valid if the match stands for 90'plus injury time. Here we didn't reach 80 minutes! But for Sbobet the bet is settled as lost!

If first half ended at 45th minute without any injury time added how could have been this match of 80 minutes? A half of 45' and another one of 35'?

So this is first non-sense answer

But this is not the only situation I had with them.

During Holland-Russia, European Championship, I made a live bet, when the match was still 0-1, on Over4.5 Bookings at 1.87 of € 500,00. As they're (bad) used to do, they let me hold some time (and the odd for over went up to 2.10.. so i had already lost more than 100,00 € of potential winning..) to accept the bet.

But the best is yet to come. Holland scored the draw, so I expect the bet as void, since the score changes and I wouldn't have bet if the score was 1-1. And what do they do? THEY ACCEPT THE BET!
